The investment level is reviewed and approved as one of the first steps in our design process.

From there, the designing begins. We take care of the entire design process, including, but not limited to:
-sourcing products
-liaising with our project partners: trades, contractors, suppliers, vendors
-procurement
-meetings on site with project partners
-resolving project challenges on your behalf that inevitably arise
-project supervision


This service is for homeowners who want our expertise and
trained eye and knowing that we will be managing all aspects of your project.
We appreciate that these design projects can be overwhelming. We are here to help you achieve your desired look with a well thought-out plan and by following our streamlined, proven processes.

Our Custom Design and Project Management services start from $5,700 per room for Phase 1.
